Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is a famous American singer and actor. She is an Michigan native who was born and raised by her parents, Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) and Tom Bell (a TV news director). Kristen is Polish (mother's) and German (father's), English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. Kristen realized her potential within the industry of entertainment when she was just a teenager. When she was in 1992, she attended her first audition. She got an appearance on Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell was contacted by an agent by her mother at the age of 13 and was subsequently cast as a model for newspapers and television commercials. Also, Bell began taking private acting classes. Bell had a small uncredited performance as a character Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell was a student at Shrine Catholic High School, where she took part in musical and drama clubs. The Wizard of Oz production at her highschool won Bell the leading Dorothy role. Following graduation, Bell made the move into New York City to attend the highly regarded Tisch School of the Arts and learned about musical theatre. Bell, who graduated in 2001, decided to leave her studies at the university to play the role Becky as Becky in Tom Sawyer. That same year, she was in Pootie Tang however, the scene where she played the role was removed. As a result, there is only a credit sequence. Bell was in the Broadway revival of The Crucible starring Liam Neeson and Angela Bettis.
