Linda Edna Cardellini (n e Lorraine (Hernan) is the child of Wayne David Cardellini (a successful businessman). Linda is Italian (from a paternal grandfather), Irish (from a mother), German and English. Linda lived in San Francisco Bay region, California as the youngest out of her four brothers. Lily James (born Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson on the 5th of April 1989) is an English actor from England. She started her career as an British actress on Just William (2010), which was a British show which aired on British television. After her character in the role of Lady Rose MacClare in the period drama series Downton Abbey (2012-2015), her first big break came in the title role in the fantasy film Cinderella (2015). James later played the Countess Natasha Rostova on the TV adaptation of War & Peace in 2016. In addition, she has starred in a variety of films, including Baby Driver (2017) and period dramas Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society 2018, and The Dig 2021, as and musicals Mamma Mia! Here We Go again (2018) and Yesterday 2019, She was nominated for an Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award in 2022 to play Pamela Anderson, the star of Pam & Tommy.
