LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American professional basketball player that is a player with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. King James has been widely recognized as being one of history's most outstanding players in basketball. Michael Jordan is usually considered when discussing who is the best player. James has won four NBA championships and four NBA MVP award Four NBA Finals MVP awards three All-Star MVP awards and two Olympic gold medals. James had more points than any other player during the playoffs, has had the second highest number of career points, and has the seventh-highest number of career assists. James has been named an NBA All-Star 18 times to the All-NBA Team a record 18 times, and was named for the NBA All-Defensive First Team five times. He's played in the ten NBA Finals the third most all time including eight consecutively between the years of 2011 and 2018. James was chosen to be part of the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He became the NBA's first player with 10,000 points, 10 rebounds and an assists in 2022. James was a basketball player for St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron Ohio. The national press praised James as an NBA player of the year. The Cleveland Cavaliers selected him with the top pick in the NBA draft in 2003. He was named as the NBA rookie of the year in 2004. Then he was one of the top players of the NBA and was awarded the NBA MVP Award in as of 2009 and in 2010. James was not able to secure the award with Cleveland, and then left Cleveland in 2010 as"a "free agent" in the year 2010. This decision was made in the TV special The Decision.
